Facial Tension

  • Watch brows draw down and together
  • Note the upper lip tighten or lift
  • Read muscle clench around the eyes

Hard Stare

  • Spot prolonged, unblinking focus
  • Note peripheral awareness tunneling in
  • Treat fixed targeting as escalation

Jaw & Neck

  • See the jaw lock to brace for impact
  • Watch neck muscles engage and tense
  • Note the head jut slightly forward

Shoulders & Stance

  • Watch shoulders elevate and roll forward
  • Note weight shift onto the front foot
  • Read feet adjusting for explosive movement

Breath & Nostrils

  • Note nostrils flare from adrenaline surge
  • Watch breathing turn shallow or held
  • Read a forced exhale through the nose

Hand Prep

  • Watch fingers flex, spread, then curl
  • Note hands drop slightly and loosen
  • Read clenching as a pre-strike cue

  • Track movement from relaxed to alert
  • Watch agitation build toward a coil
  • Recognize the pre-attack stance
